Send the details you have, along with product photos or a reference pack. List quantities per size and artwork, the delivery destination and your target arrival date. The written quotation should identify the included components, sample arrangement, price basis and production and shipping assumptions.
What to check in the sample
Close both ends around the actual product and review bulging, creasing and artwork distortion. For small accessories or gifts, confirm any liner or retention component separately. A display pillow box is not automatically a protective shipping pack.
Review structure and product fit before finalizing printed artwork. Confirm the approved dimensions, material, artwork version and finish in writing. Sample availability, cost, order quantity and timing are confirmed for the specific project.

Provide the product dimensions and a reference for the assembled shape you need. Flat dimensions describe the blank but do not fully describe usable space at the curved ends. Approve fit with a folded sample.
