A folding carton encloses the bar and provides several printed panels. A sleeve or belly band leaves more of the product exposed; a windowed carton adds visibility with a different protection profile. Drawer and lid-and-base boxes suit multi-bar gift sets, while a separate mailer can carry finished retail packs. Choose the format around handling, display and the condition of the soap when packed.

Details for an accurate quotation

Send the details you have, along with product photos or a reference pack. List quantities per size and artwork, the delivery destination and your target arrival date. The written quotation should identify the included components, sample arrangement, price basis and production and shipping assumptions.
What to check in the sample
Test fit and closure with real bars rather than dimensions alone. Assess staining, rubbing, paper contact and the amount of product exposed by a sleeve or window. Confirm the window material, adhesives and any inner wrap in the final specification. Paper packaging does not establish a universal barrier or shelf-life result.
Review structure and product fit before finalizing printed artwork. Confirm the approved dimensions, material, artwork version and finish in writing. Sample availability, cost, order quantity and timing are confirmed for the specific project.

Is a soap sleeve the same as a full soap box?
A sleeve wraps around part of the bar and usually leaves ends exposed. A carton encloses more of the product. Choose after checking handling, label space, inner wrapping and the way your bar will be sold.
What should I send before requesting a sample or quote?
Provide product dimensions and weight, the required pack format, artwork or a brand reference, quantity per design and delivery destination. Include any contact, performance or documentation requirements. We can then identify what still needs to be resolved before a sample or production quotation.
