Custom Food & Beverage Packaging Boxes
Explore custom paper boxes and branded outer packaging for food and beverage products. Plan the presentation around the sealed inner pack or container, and identify direct contact separately before selecting paper, coatings, inks and adhesives.
Request a Packaging QuoteChoose the format around your product
Folding cartons, rigid gift boxes, paper tubes and carrying formats serve different presentation needs. A paper outer box around a sealed bottle or pouch is a different specification from material touching unpackaged food. Confirm the exact product, contact conditions and destination requirements for each component.

Details for an accurate quotation
| Planning detail | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Product and inner pack | Food or beverage type, sealed container, finished dimensions and loaded weight. |
| Contact conditions | Which materials touch the food, with temperature, time and any grease or moisture exposure. |
| Outer presentation | Retail carton, gift set, tube or carrying pack; insert and compartment layout. |
| Documentation | Required evidence for the specified materials and destination, agreed before approval. |
Send the details you have, along with product photos or a reference pack. List quantities per size and artwork, the delivery destination and your target arrival date. The written quotation should identify the included components, sample arrangement, price basis and production and shipping assumptions.
What to check in the sample
Review the complete pack and contact layers with actual product samples. A decorative box does not establish shelf life, leak resistance, food-contact compliance or temperature control. Confirm evidence for the exact specification rather than making a general food-grade claim.
Review structure and product fit before finalizing printed artwork. Confirm the approved dimensions, material, artwork version and finish in writing. Sample availability, cost, order quantity and timing are confirmed for the specific project.

Frequently asked questions
Does a printed food box automatically provide a barrier?
No. Barrier performance depends on the actual construction and use. A sealed inner pouch, wrapper or container may provide that function while the printed paper box remains secondary packaging.
What should I send before requesting a sample or quote?
Provide product dimensions and weight, the required pack format, artwork or a brand reference, quantity per design and delivery destination. Include any contact, performance or documentation requirements. We can then identify what still needs to be resolved before a sample or production quotation.
