Start with the sales format. Folding cartons support individual retail SKUs; rigid lid-and-base, magnetic or drawer boxes organize gift sets; corrugated mailers form the delivery pack. Paper tubes offer a different presentation for suitable shapes. Bottles, jars, pumps and product filling are separate from these paper-based outer packs.

What to check in the sample
Check the actual filled products in a structural sample. Review closure clearance, insert grip, label visibility and removal access. For a gift set, approve the complete arrangement before the printed sample. Discuss the separate transit pack when glass bottles or heavier jars are involved.
Review structure and product fit before finalizing printed artwork. Confirm the approved dimensions, material, artwork version and finish in writing. Sample availability, cost, order quantity and timing are confirmed for the specific project.
