Individual bottle boxes
A compact folding carton provides a printable outer surface for branding and your approved product text. Check the closure and bottle position rather than selecting a box by nominal oil volume alone.
Paper boxes for oil bottles & sets
Custom essential oil boxes can present a single bottle or organize a multi-bottle gift set. Gulupack develops printed paperboard cartons, paper inserts and rigid gift packaging around the dimensions of your bottle and its fitted closure.

A compact folding carton provides a printable outer surface for branding and your approved product text. Check the closure and bottle position rather than selecting a box by nominal oil volume alone.
Arrange the bottles in separate positions and plan which labels face the customer. An insert can help keep the presentation organized, with enough access to remove each bottle.
A rigid box creates a different opening experience for a curated set. Decide whether cards, instructions or accessories need their own space before finalizing the insert layout.
A 10 ml bottle from one supplier may have different outside dimensions from another. The dropper bulb, cap, tamper-evident ring and bottle shoulder can all affect the fit. Supply the complete assembled bottle dimensions and show where the widest points occur.
For round bottles, include the maximum outside diameter and overall capped height. For square or irregular bottles, provide all three outside dimensions and a photograph. Include the filled weight and any label overlap that may change the surface.
| Detail | Single bottle | Multi-bottle set |
|---|---|---|
| Position | Keep the approved label face oriented towards the opening. | Decide the order of the bottles and whether every label should face forward. |
| Support | Review the neck, shoulder or body contact points. | Check each opening against its own bottle; mixed sizes need separate dimensions. |
| Removal | Allow fingers to grip the bottle without pulling on a dropper bulb. | Avoid forcing the customer to remove one bottle to reach another. |
| Clearance | Check the cap, top flap and any internal paper support together. | Check lid clearance above the tallest assembled bottle in the set. |
White printed paperboard, a kraft appearance or a wrapped rigid construction create different results. Choose the material with the structure and artwork together: small panels, fine text and dark brand colors should be reviewed at the actual print size.
The paper box is secondary packaging. It does not replace a compatible bottle and closure, prevent leakage or establish a shelf-life claim. If oils may contact the box during handling, discuss that scenario explicitly rather than assuming the paper finish is liquid-proof.
Compare paper packaging materials and prepare the dieline artwork before approving the final production files.
If you are choosing the structure, compare folding cartons with custom rigid boxes. For other skincare products, see cosmetics and personal care packaging.
Fit approval should use the actual capped bottle, label and every item in the set. Check the carton closure, top clearance, insertion and removal. Review the printed version for label orientation and readable text separately from the structural fit.
For parcel delivery, include the retail pack within an appropriate shipping outer and cushioning system. Evaluate the complete arrangement for the handling it will face; a decorative paper box is not a substitute for transit protection.
Capacity is a useful description, but it is not a reliable box dimension. Provide the actual outside size with the chosen cap or dropper attached so the carton and insert can be developed around that assembly.
Yes, list the outside dimensions and weights for every bottle. The insert layout should be reviewed with all of them together, including removal space and clearance under the lid.
The bottle, closure and filling process control liquid containment. The paper box is secondary packaging and should not be presented as a leak-proof container.
Minimum quantities depend on the structure, dimensions, paper, printing and finishes. Send the quantity per size and design so the quotation can confirm the suitable production option.
Send the capped bottle dimensions, number of bottles per box and your artwork direction. We will use those details to discuss structure, insert fit and sampling.
