The written quotation should identify the included components, sample arrangement, price basis and production and shipping assumptions.
What to check in the sample
Review the loaded pack on the intended display and confirm readability, stability, opening and product removal. Check barcode placement and the final artwork with your team before print approval. A retail display sample does not replace a separate transit-pack review.
Review structure and product fit before finalizing printed artwork. Confirm the approved dimensions, material, artwork version and finish in writing. Sample availability, cost, order quantity and timing are confirmed for the specific project.
