Planning a production order? Share your product, dimensions, artwork and delivery requirements, then compare the same specification at 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 units per design. Starting MOQ: 500 units, subject to specifications.
How We Plan a Packaging Production Order
- Define the brief. Confirm the product dimensions and weight, box structure, quantity for each size and design, printing, inserts and finishes.
- Compare a complete quotation. Identify unit price and total order cost, plus any separate tooling, artwork, sample, packing and delivery charges.
- Review the sample and artwork. Agree the sample type, charges and timing. Check fit, closure, assembly, print and finish against the proposed specification.
- Confirm production and delivery details. Record the approved specification, inspection expectations, packing method, schedule and shipping terms before proceeding.
For supplier evaluation, tell our team which company, quality-management or material documents your purchasing process requires. Review the relevant documents and scope before placing the order.

What to Confirm Before You Place an Order
Use one agreed specification across your purchasing, design and packing teams.
Product Fit & Structure
Check the dimensions, product weight, closure, inserts and packing method with the actual product. Review structural suitability before approving the sample.
Quantity & Quotation
Separate quantities for each size and design. Compare 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 units using the same specification and confirm which additional costs are included.
Artwork & Sample Approval
Confirm the dieline, printed sides, color references and finishing areas. Agree the proof or sample type, charges and approval criteria before the bulk run.
Packing & Delivery Terms
Provide the delivery country, postal code and required arrival date. Confirm flat or assembled packing, carton size and weight, freight and customs responsibilities.
Materials & Documentation
Specify paperboard, wrap, coatings and inserts. Identify any certification or environmental requirements and review supporting information for the complete packaging specification.
